A world leader in analytical instrumentation is seeking an accomplished, ambitious and commercially astute LC-MS Technical Specialist.
Acting as a Technical Expert your time will be split between the lab and visiting customers in pre and post-sales support functions.
Your duties will cover the following: - Aiding in the development of customer methods - Demonstrating methods/proof of concept - Technical support to the sales team - Providing customer training and support In addition you will also attend high profile industry conferences, presenting technological advancements and helping to build the company's customer base with a focus on mass spectrometry instrumentation, This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced scientist to utilise their wealth of LC-MS, method development/troubleshooting experience in a new exciting role and work with the company's latest LC-MS/MS technology.
For this role, you can be based from home and be expected to travel approx.
50% of the working week around England to customer sites or the applications laboratory with the occasional overnight stay.
To be considered for this highly dynamic and diverse role, you must have: At least 3 years' experience with mass spec instruments (including QQQ) Understanding of method development, optimisation and troubleshooting (ideally small molecule analysis) Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting scientific information to an audience Apply today to learn more about this exciting opportunity!
