Due to the nature of the work involved you will be required to attend the Redditch office 5 days per week during the training period.THE ROLEAs part of company growth within the technical engineering team, my client has immediate requirements for a Technical Service Engineer to support customer requirements and drive technical excellence by developing bespoke solutions.Some of the key requirements of this role include pre-sales support, strong technical troubleshooting at a 2nd line level including occasional travel to client sites for installations and upgrade projects.Please note, this is a client facing role with an ability to communicate to a non-technical audience with an ability to build strong client relationships.
