The Role: We're looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer passionate about technology and customer service.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who thrives in a close-knit, family-run environment and is skilled in high-tech equipment maintenance.
You'll work independently across customer sites in the UK and Europe, managing installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance for critical equipment in cleanroom facilities.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary customer contact, providing expert on-site and remote support.
Manage new equipment installations across the UK and Europe.
Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on complex machinery.
Perform thorough troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Document service activities and support coordination between customers and OEMs.
What We're Looking For: Mechatronic engineering or a related technical qualification.
Willingness to travel 50% across the UK and Europe with well-managed schedules.
Proven background in the semiconductor industry or cleanroom environments.
Strong communication abilities in English, problem-solving skills, and independence.
A proactive, collaborative approach, with a desire to work within a family-run business.
