Technical Service Engineer

Our client is an established global company with a technical support office in Burton.
They are currently recruiting for a Technical Service Engineer who will be responsible for supporting the Field Service Engineers & Sub-contractors by giving expert technical support & providing quotations for service work.
Key duties will include: Acquire and maintain complete knowledge concerning the Companys range of products and services.
Prepare technical quotations and the provision of technical advice to our customers via telephone, fax or electronic mail.
Provide technical support to all merchants, distributors and end users and sales force.
Promptly process customer enquiries and orders Liaise with external sales/projects team It is expected that the successful candidate will be technically minded and will have worked in a technical support/sales role ideally within engineering.
You should also demonstrate excellent communication skills and be great at building client relationships.
