We're now looking for an associate-middle level Technical Service Engineer, this position is a full-time , home office(preferred located in Scotland region), with 60% travel frequency position.
Your challenges: (1) Responsible for providing after-sales technical support of products for all EcoFlow product series; (2) Maintain good relationships and work closely with EcoFlow key accounts and sales channels, collaborate with internal resources to ensure technical problems from delivery channels are appropriately solved; (3) Record EcoFlow Product Solution decks and respective technical materials for product promotion and after-sales service related uses; (4) Provide product demonstration, training, trial test support, and technical answers for EcoFlow installers, retailers and end-users; (5) Stay tuned for industry trends, collect and record EcoFlow product technical feedback and product iteration suggestions for EcoFlow; (6) Proactively manage other challenges at work.
Your profile includes: (1) Min 3 years and above working experience as technical service engineers, previous working experience in solar panels, power storage, batteries electrical tools companies is preferred; (2) Possess excellent communication skills in English, able to maintain effective communication with both EcoFlow teams and clients' side; (3) Electrical engineering degree is preferred; (4) Proficient in using tools such as MS Word, Excel, Visio and etc; (5) Self-driven, prudent, patient, able to work on-site independently; (6) Work well under only general supervision; (7) Fluency in additional European languages considered a plus.
