You will join a dynamic European team, part of our electric heating division in Danfoss Climate Solutions promoting the Danfoss & DEVI brand of electric heating. This division has been created to unleash the full growth and value potential of promising businesses, in a unique and agile environment. Our Electric Heating products are recognized by their quality and reliability, and we believe we are geared for significant growth in the UK within outdoor applications (frost protection and snow melting) & indoor applications (electric underfloor heating, hot water temperature maintenance) over the coming years.
To support our ongoing drive towards providing our customers with a best-in-class experience, we are now recruiting for a Technical Support Coordinator to join our Electric Heating team in the UK. This role will be based from home with occasional visits to our Uxbridge (UB8 1DH) head office in the UK, and occasional travel to Europe for training purposes. Our European electric heating technical team provides help and service for both internal stakeholders and external customers and end users of our Electric Heating range of Danfoss & Devi products and ancillaries across the domestic & commercial heating sector. Job Responsibilities As our new Technical Support Coordinator, you will join a team of professionals from our dynamic electric heating team whose main duties are responding to incoming technical enquiries both over the phone and via email, which will include:
Product application advice and recommendation Product identification and sizing Arranging site visits to rectify issues Wiring assistance and electrical advice Technical help with information Product usage advice (e.g. setting up) of Electric Heating applications (Under Floor Heating & Trace Heating) Participating in personal development and training to ensure you remain up to date regarding new Danfoss & Devi products and new product innovations. For this role, you will display:
Sound electrical knowledge of domestic wiring including heating systems Understanding how electric heating systems operate Work experience in a similar or related position If you do not hold any of the above skills, we would hope you will hold a relevant technical qualification or equivalent as training will be provided.
