This position, based in our Colchester office, combines office-based support with occasional visits to customer sites.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
Gain in-depth knowledge of our innovative product range.
Work closely with customers to recommend and sell solutions that meet their specific needs.
Prepare quotes for products, spare parts, and services.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service.
Keep customer records up to date in our CRM system.
Provide expert technical advice to both new and existing clients.
What We're Looking For: A solid understanding of engineering or manufacturing processes.
Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management.
Highly self-motivated, with a strong drive to succeed.
A technical mindset with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high standard of English.
