The Position: Job Title: Technical Sales Apprentice Apprenticeship Course: Level 3 IT Technical Sales Apprenticeship Duration: 13 months + EPA Location: Lincoln Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 9am – 5pm Salary: £14,560 pa + OTE earnings of £600 per month + Uncapped commission, additional earnings beyond OTE are available.
Role and Responsibilities: Sales Activity • Work with the sales team to generate enquiries through different internal and external marketing channels.
• Generate meeting appointments for the sales team through prospecting activities including telephone calls to prospective target clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare marketing collateral, proposals and agreements for prospective and existing clients.
Customer Interaction: • Communicate with customers to address enquiries and provide product, service and account information.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.
Administrative Support: • Working with third party creative partners to prepare marketing materials across digital and print platforms.
• Co-ordinate logistics for sales meetings, including scheduling appointments.
• Assist in managing the sales funnel and pipeline and updating CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with relevant information.
Requirements Experience & Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly self-motivated.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (ideal but not necessity).
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-focused attitude with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Apprentice to join our dynamic and fast-growing business.
The Technical Sales Apprentice will help in assisting the company's growth plans and should possess excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Full training will be provided for the chosen candidate.
