As a Technical Sales Advisor for Kingspan Klargester, you'll manage incoming inquiries, generate and follow up on quotations, and handle orders for a diverse client base, including homeowners, builders, contractors, and accredited installers.
Paired with a designated Area Sales Manager, you'll work collaboratively to build relationships, support existing customers, and develop new business within your territory, all while helping meet and exceed its sales targets.

What You'll Do Drive Sales Growth : Act as the lead point of contact for your assigned territories, managing key accounts and accredited installers to grow customer loyalty and sales.
Manage Customer Interactions : Handle incoming sales calls and email inquiries, providing quick and accurate quotes, processing orders, and offering knowledgeable guidance on our premium wastewater management solutions.
Generate and Follow Up on Quotes : Prepare quotations and respond to tender documents, following up as needed to convert these into sales.
Collaborate with Sales Teams : Work closely with Area Sales Managers to enhance account relationships, support promotional activities, and attend events as required.
Maintain Sales Excellence : Utilize our ERP and CMS tools (Infor LN) to manage customer information, generate quotes, and process orders accurately.
Keep customer contacts up-to-date for streamlined management and reporting.
Achieve Sales Targets : Set and reach both personal and national sales targets, while delivering top-notch service and ethical solutions that meet customers' needs.
Ensure High Standards : Build credibility with clients and always operate to the highest standards.
What We're Looking For Sales and Technical Experience : Sales skills and understanding of sales techniques Customer-Centric : Exceptional communication skills with a professional, engaging phone manner and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Self-Motivated and Resilient : Highly organized, capable of working independently, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Collaborative and Team-Oriented : An enthusiastic team player who enjoys working with others and has a knack for building lasting customer relationships.
Driving License: A full, clean UK driving license is required.
IT and ERP Proficiency : Comfortable with Microsoft Office and experience working with ERP systems .
