Who We Are Looking For: Due to growth of this exciting new company, we are seeking a talented Regional Sales Manager to join our team, covering the South of England.
The ideal candidate will be based in a southern location and will have experience in sales within the modular building hire industry.
Preferably with Building Regulation Modular Building Experience.
About The Role Key Responsibilities: Set Up New Accounts: Smoothly onboard new clients for an easy transition and great service from day one.
Meet with Customers: Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that work for them.
Create Engaging Presentations: Showcase our products and services with clear, impactful presentations.
Problem-Solve with Logic: Use clear thinking to tackle challenges and reach the best solutions.
Follow Up on Review Meetings: Keep track of action points and ensure they're handled quickly.
Promote New Products: Share the latest products with clients when they're a good fit.
Conduct Site Surveys: Visit client sites to assess needs and suggest effective solutions.
Organise Client Events: Plan events that build stronger relationships with our clients.
Support Depot Managers on Visits: Join depot managers on customer visits to offer extra insights.

Desired Criteria Technical Sales ability Knowledge of Building Regulations in Modular Buildings Required Criteria Experience in a sales or Business development role in modular building Excellent Communication skills A thorough understanding of Building Regulations is essential.
