Having the technical expertise to understand all aspects of the Technical role.
Being close and engaging daily with the factory teams driving high levels of food safety and GMP standards.

Conduct regular audits to consistently drive standards and resolve any issues.
Ensuring the Quality KPI's are well established and measured to track and improve performance where necessary.
Problem solving – able to identify any potential and existing issues with logical and long-term solutions collaborating with the wider factory teams.
For this QA Manager role you will need: Food, FMCG or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing experience in QA or Technical role.
Good working knowledge of food safety, QA systems and processes.
Confident communicator with the interpersonal skills to motivate and develop teams.
An open, proactive and inquisitive mindset.
