Job Overview This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a well-rounded technical skill set while supporting and learning from an experienced senior team.
The Technical Project Support Specialist will work closely with the CTO and the wider senior team, supporting technical, operational, and project management tasks.
You'll have the chance to gain hands-on experience across areas like solutions architecture, project management, client support and business development.
This is a hybrid role with at least 3 days a week spent working at the office in Leicestershire.
We ask that new employees work from the office full time during their 6 month probation period.
This is necessary to get a full understanding of the business and build in-person relationships with the rest of the team.

Your day-to-day work will be extremely varied and engaging, covering areas such as:
Feature Design & Documentation : Support with the architecting and documenting of new feature requirements based on client needs.
(using confluence) Development Coordination : Supporting the CTO with liaising with the development team on bug fixes, coordinating sprint planning, and participating in sprint retrospectives (using Jira).
Technical Sales & Proposals : Supporting technical sales, crafting proposals, and clearly documenting client needs.
QA Support : Stepping in to support the development team as needed, implementing straightforward fixes, fielding development team questions, and acting as an additional QA resource.
This role provides a meaningful opportunity to contribute directly to our projects while expanding your expertise across multiple areas of our business.

Key Responsibilities Project & Technical Support : Assist the CTO in managing and tracking projects, coordinating with developers, and enriching task details to ensure smooth progress.
Task Documentation & Enrichment : Refine and expand task descriptions, gather supporting documents, and liaise with the dev team for clarity and direction.
Sales Coordination & Proposal Writing : Participate in sales meetings, document discussions, and draft proposals that align with client needs.
Learning & Adaptation : Embrace a flexible, hands-on approach, taking on new tasks and responsibilities as required Skillset Technical Foundation : Solid understanding of core technology stacks and the architecture of applications; comfortable with software development principles.
We primarily use the .NET and PHP stacks, so experience here would be very beneficial Adaptability & Curiosity : Enthusiastic about learning new skills and technologies, adapting to varied tasks, and supporting multiple functions.
Clear Communication : Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both tech and non-tech audiences.
Organisation & Attention to Detail : Strong organisational skills to track tasks effectively in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred Qualifications Technical Support or Project Experience : Background in tech support, project coordination, or similar role is advantageous.
Proposal & Documentation Skills : Experience in technical sales, documentation, or proposal writing is a plus.
Experience setting up and configuring CRMs : such as zoho/salesforce would be a bonus Why join us?
