Skills and Experience: Essential Skills: Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, IT Project Manager, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of business processes and translating business needs into technical requirements.
Excellent project management skills with a successful track record in delivering technology projects.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, focused on delivering innovative solutions.
Desirable Skills: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge of current and emerging technologies relevant to the retail industry.
