We're seeking a Technical Project Manager (AVP) to lead strategic technology programs for our business.
As a Technical Project Manager, you will work across multiple teams, manage dependencies, and land change across a diverse and challenging estate.
Key Responsibilities : Plan, manage, and deliver strategic technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop business cases, secure buy-in, and prepare comprehensive plans for project execution.
Build relationships with stakeholders across business, operations, and technology to drive successful outcomes.
Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and manage project governance to ensure quality and compliance.
Ensure projects are completed within scope, on time, and to the highest standards, managing budgets and resources effectively.
Skills and Experience : Proven track record of delivering change initiatives in a matrixed environment, managing complexity across functions.
Expertise in Agile and Waterfall project delivery, with strong skills in project planning and resource management.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior colleagues.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, payment systems, and financial services is desirable.
Formal certifications in project management (PM or Agile) are an advantage.
