Technical Project Manager - London (x3 days onsite per week) A London Market Insurance client of mine is seeking an experienced Project Manager with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Your role will include interfacing with business units, allocating expertise effectively, and ensuring all solutions meet our high company standards.
You will collaborate closely with the senior project manager to deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Key Accountabilities: Manage and report on multiple live application enhancements and projects.
Provide management with essential Management Information (MI) to track performance indicators like Operations Dashboard.
Support the annual Operations plan and deliver ad hoc management information as needed.
Technical Requirements: Plan, execute, and manage key business projects within set timelines and budgets using standard project management practices.
Lead stakeholder management and post-implementation reviews to assess operational impacts.
Be accountable for the day-to-day management of projects, including reporting to senior management and risk management.
Initiate and lead business efficiency reviews and projects.
Policy, Process, and Procedures: Maintain up-to-date records and drive process enhancements to meet current business needs.
Collaborate with vendors, third parties, and internal teams to optimise processes.
Environment, Customer Focus, and Relationships: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate effectively to ensure optimal balance of quality, service, and price.
Manage service and supply contracts cost-effectively and represent your entity in project-related internal matters.
Person Specification: Experience in project management within Insurance or Financial Services preferred.
Must have knowledge of Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps.
