Arcus Search are proud to support an exciting, successful Specialty Insurer on searching for an experienced, proactive and communicative Technical Product Owner with a strong understanding of Insurance business processes, products and knowledge of Policy/Claims Administration Systems.This is a newly created role and will be pivotal to the growth and success of the Product function within the business.
It is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about product development, building relationships with key decision makers and technology.What you'll do: Identify key technical initiatives and dependencies to support product delivery Define user stories, system configuration tasks, to make sure technical teams understand needs, requirements and implementation plans.
Provide leadership to development teams, ensuring best practices and adherence to system standards Engage, challenge and reach mutually beneficial goals with key decision makers and stakeholders Develop Product strategy and vision, in conjunction with business and system capabilities.
Coordinate Product releases, define test plans, own product functionality, whilst identifying risks, addressing potential issues and assessing product security.
What experience you'll bring: Extensive experience working in a Product Owner role with a strong approach to IT and Technology.
Insurance experience within the London Market.
Hands-on experience with Product delivery Knowledge of PAS systems and Claims Admin Systems also.
