We are looking for an ambitious, talented, dynamic, and self-driven Technical Product Manager in our Transaction Management tribe.
Being part of the Transaction Management tribe will offer you the opportunity to further grow both your technical and business expertise learning from colleagues and being involved in a number of key industry initiatives that are building on our payment solutions for banks, corporates, and Payments Service Providers. Being the common link between our customers (internal and external) and our development teams offers a highly interactive working environment with the opportunity to work on a strategic initiative.
ResponsibilitiesThe Transaction Management Tribe is looking for a talented and dynamic Technical Product Manager for the payment solutions part of the tribe portfolio (Swift GPI, Transaction Manager, Case, Corporate portfolio, etc.).
As a technical product manager for those products, you will be responsible for the delivery of the product roadmap in line with the business requirements and the strategic product vision.
Furthermore, as a member of the technical Product Management team, you will also be responsible to contribute to the strategic evolution of the payment portfolio and the underlying platform, in line with market trends and latest technology evolutions.
What will your main activities be?Formalize customer requirements, review functional and design documents.Collaborate with IT delivery teams to ensure a smooth planning and delivery of the gpi product roadmap.Work with business product managers in achieving commercial ambitions and exploring potential new initiatives, with a mindset of innovation and challenging the status quo.Ensure the other SWIFT products and solutions are correctly enhanced as per SWIFT payment solutions roadmap, by coordinating the formalization of requirements done by other technical product managers.Ensure smooth adoption of our product suite by the community.Support sales teams during pre-sales activities.Actively contribute to the definition and the evolution of the Transaction Management tribe products and other SWIFT products such as Messaging and MI platform components.What will make you successful?Professional skillsCustomer-focused person, striving to continuously maximize the value delivered to our customers and improve their customer experience. Ability to cross-skill and develop a "T-shape" profile to help the team deliver on its objectives.Proactive and continuous improvement mindset.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Technical skillsProduct Management or Product Owner experience, preferably in a B2B environment (Skills in customer requirements gathering, so as to translate business needs into well-defined specifications and design, Good collaboration with IT to transform the specifications into a finished and well-defined product, Be recognized as a technical market expert able to select the best technical option in terms of delivery (in-house development; off the shelf; joint development in partnership) Ability to prioritize and focus on the most important issues at hand).Strong project management/planning/organizing skills are required in order to be successful in this role.
