You will be responsible for specifying and building creative technical solutions that meets our business partners core product abilities.
Key responsibilities You will be the technical lead in sales discussions and developing the understanding of the clients Access Control technical requirements.
You will also work to provide information to the business on what customer needs are to feed into product development and existing product road maps.
You will take an active role in the transition from pre-sales, through contract signature to partners installation, so that our clients receive the service they wanted and on-time.
The Post-Sales support role will consist of diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve Access Control Reader and System issues by questioning customers about their hardware/software challenges they are facing in a detailed fashion both pre-sale and post partner installation, so that you understand the root-cause of their problems.
You would then be required to liaise with STid's Head Office Support Team and Regional Sales Managers to offer your suggested solutions until complete customer satisfaction is achieved.
Partner and End-Customer Product Training would also be a beneficial and desired skillset.
(Platform, Technical Integrations incl: API/SDK, Desktop Configuration Software and Credential Management).
Profile You have a strong history with working within the Security Access Control Market and possess a strong reader and associated technical formats knowledge.
You would ideally also possess the following strengths: Understanding the customers' requirements Offering guidance and support to customers in the Sales process Providing a high level collaboration with product development Understanding new technologies and key competitors Building and creating Solutions to customers Ensuring the Sales process runs smoothly through to partnership installation Adaptability Analysis of Technical Issues Application Support Assessing Customer Support Needs This role would be suited to somebody who also enjoys UK and Ireland travel.
