Our client who is a well-established specialist in Energy generation equipment, is currently looking to recruit a Technical Manager who will oversee a range of Engineering and commercial aspects that are crucial to the companies effective running.
In order to secure this candidate, they are offering a competitive salary of up to £57,000, a generous holiday package totalling 33 days (including bank holidays) and other benefits such as Private Healthcare.

Advise and regularly forecast costs for in house and externally sourced Operation and Maintenance, refurbishment and/or modification of customer's equipment Product development, selection proposal, supply, and cost reduction.
Liaise with potential clients providing the technical resource to facilitate solutions.
Manage the technical aspects and assist with the negotiation of supply chains Ensure continual, efficient scheduling, execution and recording of equipment maintenance Actively identify engineering challenges and submit proposals for upgrades / downgrades Provide detailed failure evaluation reporting Ensuring tests and work procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary.
Ensure that engineering/product suppliers are audited to improve their quality of service.
