Technical Manager

Job DescriptionJob Title:Technical ManagerLocation:SolihuilSalary/Package:£60000-£68000 + Company Car/Car Allowance, Pension Scheme, Life Assurance, Generous holiday allowance.The Technical Manager Role:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Manager to join a well-respected housing developer based at their offices in Solihull, mainly working on affordable housing schemes across the Midlands.The ideal candidate will have experience working for a housebuilder in the role of a Technical/Design Manager (or similar) and will have detailed knowledge of the NHBC standards and Building Regulations.
You will oversee the entire design process from initial concept to completion and liaise with Commercial, Construction and Customer care teams throughout the process, working on up to 6 sites at a time.
