Role - Technical Manager Location - East Kilbride Salary - £50k-£55k Food Manufacturing Are you an experienced Technical Manager looking for an exciting new challenge in food manufacturing?
We're seeking a passionate and driven individual with a proven track record to join a successful and growing food manufacturer based in East Kilbride.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the technical team to ensure food safety, quality, and compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
Maintain and enhance relationships with key customers, particularly M&S, ensuring their requirements are met and exceeded.
Oversee audits and ensure that all processes comply with industry standards, including BRC, HACCP, and retailer-specific codes of practice.
Develop and implement quality systems to ensure the highest product standards.
About You: Proven experience as a Technical Manager or in a senior technical role within food manufacturing.
Essential: Direct experience working with M&S and a deep understanding of their standards and quality expectations.
Strong leadership experience, with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for driving change and achieving results.
Relevant qualifications in food science, food technology, or a related field.
