Technical Lead (Progressing to Head of Engineering) Belfast (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
£90K - £100K p/a + health insurance, pension, stock options etc
This is one of Belfast's most exciting early stage startups.. close to their series-A round of funding and planning to almost double their headcount next year.

We're ideally looking for an experienced lead engineer with ambitions to progress into the head of engineering.
You'll be working alongside the current CTO, building greenfield projects end to end, and helping them grow their engineering function in early 2025.
This is a vitally important hire for them, totally flexible on your specific tech experience... but we need someone who always wants to be hands-on code, a software engineer by trade, AWS Serverless experience, and hopefully comfortable working with Nodejs backends.

An experienced technical leader.
A software engineer by trade.
Experience working in an AWS Serverless environment.
Comfortable taking ownership of architecture.
Ambitious, strong business acumen.
Strong leadership capabilities.
