Technical Lead (Python) | FinTech | Hybrid London | up to £110,000 OR Outside IR35 £550 Company Overview: We are working with a client who are a leading Private Equity Data Analytics firm, fully owned by one of Europe's largest funds.
They transform complex PE data into actionable insights for CIOs, CFOs, and General Partners, using AI to predict future fund performance.
Role: They're seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong Python and API expertise to lead the engineering team.
You'll drive the development of data analytics platforms Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of engineers.
Be the go-to person for the Python-based application and API development while still being hands-on technical.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Contribute to architectural decisions.
Qualifications: Extensive hands-on experience in software engineering with a focus on Python and APIs.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong understanding of data processing and analytics.
Experience with cloud platforms and modern development practices.
