Your Role as Technical Integration Lead As a Technical Integration Lead , youll oversee the integration of Candidlys platform with partner systems, ensuring a smooth, scalable experience for our customers.
Youll play a key role in expanding our capabilities and making our platform even more impactful for SMBs.
What Youll Do Lead Seamless Integrations: Manage the technical implementation of integrations with HR systems, job boards, and other partner platforms.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with engineering, product, and customer success teams to deliver solutions that align with customer needs.
Troubleshoot & Optimize: Provide expert guidance to partners during integrations, resolving issues efficiently and proactively improving processes.
Scale Our Platform: Develop repeatable processes and scalable integration frameworks to support our rapid growth and expanding customer base.
What You Bring Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms.
Familiarity with HR technology or ATS solutions is a plus.
Project Leadership: A track record of successfully managing complex integration projects, balancing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines.
Strong Communicator: Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and build trust with partners and internal stakeholders.
