They offer a comprehensive range of products designed to improve safety, efficiency and productivity in the machine tool sector.
They are currently seeking a highly motivated and technically adept Technical Sales Engineer to join them.

Key Skills: Field Sales, Business development, Machine Tool Components, Location: Home based - East or West Midlands, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Northampton, Leicester, Nottingham Salary: Basic Circa £40,000 - OTE of £60,000+ Package includes Performance-related Bonus, monthly Car Allowance, Pension, Laptop, mobile phone.
As Technical Sales Engineer you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and exceeding sales targets for their portfolio of products.
As Technical Sales Engineer will have a good understanding of industrial machine tools and the challenges faced by machine builders, system integrators as well as machine shop end users.
You will leverage your technical expertise to identify customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and ensure successful product implementation.
You will be responsible for covering the whole of the UK market, so a central location is preferred (West Midlands).
Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the industrial machinery or manufacturing sector.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a technical sales environment.
In-depth understanding of industrial machine tools, their safety protocols, and common operational challenges.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
Ability to translate technical information into clear and concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of SAP Business One would be ideal.
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel.
