You'll strive for industry-leading technical and operational excellence across our client estate, ensuring 100% uptime of critical data centres and reacting efficiently and effectively in line with SLAs and KPIs.You'll manage an operational team, including Data Centre Ops Managers, Facilities Managers, Project Managers, Tech Supervisors, and subcontractors.
By leading by example, maintaining a professional appearance, and resolving client issues with innovative Mitie solutions, you'll foster a culture of high-quality customer excellence.
Embracing and championing new systems and processes will be key to your success.Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, employees, and colleagues is essential.
You'll coordinate direct and subcontract labour to meet performance and contractual requirements cost-effectively.
