Technical Design Manager for Boutique D&B Company £55,000-£65,000 + package | Permanent Role | AutoCAD | London We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Designer, with aims and aspirations to be on site and take on some Design Manager responsibilities with a boutique studio in East London.
This unique position combines the intricacies of technical design with the strategic oversight of design management, offering you the chance to shape concepts, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee project execution in a creative environment.

Responsibilities Lead and oversee the coordination and technical execution of design concepts.
Ensure designs meet technical feasibility standards, client requirements, and regulatory compliance.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, both in-house and external teams to deliver high-quality results.
Provide technical expertise to resolve design challenges during all project phases.
Maintain thorough documentation and ensure alignment with industry standards.
Requirements Proven experience in technical design and ideally design management within the commercial D&B sector.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and a strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
The ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
Knowledge of building regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
