Job Description Quinton Davies are recruiting on behalf of a values first tech company based in Central Bristol to secure a Technical Customer Support Advisor.
\n Are you passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional customer service?
Do you have a knack for tech, especially Office 365 and SharePoint?
\n We're looking for a Technical Customer Support professional to join a dynamic team in central Bristol.
This role is all about solving problems, supporting customers, and making a real difference.
\n \n What You'll Do: \n \n Provide first-class customer support with a friendly and helpful approach.
\n Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Office 365 and SharePoint.
\n Work closely with teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
\n \n \n What You'll Bring: \n \n A passion for customer service and problem-solving.
\n Experience with Office 365 (SharePoint knowledge is a bonus!).
\n Strong communication skills and a desire to go the extra mile.

\n In return our client can offer a competitive salary circa £30k plus extensive opportunities for training and certification.
