Key Responsibilities: Technical Customer Onboarding : Guide new customers through a smooth onboarding process, helping them to integrate our advanced timing solutions with ease.
Documentation Creation : Develop clear, concise community and support materials to empower users, from FAQs to in-depth technical guides.
Customer Account Management & Upselling : Nurture relationships with current clients to identify opportunities for expanding their use of Timebeat's features or scaling up deployments.
Feature Requests & Prioritization : Act as a bridge between customers and our product team, gathering feedback and helping to shape the future of our product.
Lab & Test Creation : Build in-house testing environments to troubleshoot and solve customer queries more efficiently.
What You Bring to the Role : Technical Expertise : Solid experience in system administration (Linux-focused, with some Windows exposure).
People Skills : You enjoy interacting with clients, listening to their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Strong Communication : The ability to explain complex technical concepts in a way that non-experts can understand.
Organisational Skills : A knack for managing multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth processes.
