Key Responsibilities: Develop a range of documentation, including product guides, how-to manuals, FAQs, and internal training materials, making complex information easy to understand for various audiences.
Craft compelling PowerPoint presentations that communicate key product and industry insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
Use storytelling and narrative techniques to highlight the real-world benefits of our products, enhancing user understanding and engagement.
Work with cross-functional teams to gather information, understand product updates, and create both written content and visually engaging presentations.
Shape and maintain the company's tone of voice across all documentation and presentations, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
Continuously revise and improve existing content to ensure it remains current, accurate, and impactful.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in writing, editing, or content development, preferably in a technical or regulated industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with a portfolio demonstrating strong presentation design and storytelling skills.
Exceptional writing and editing abilities, with a knack for explaining complex topics in clear, accessible language.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on clarity, grammar, and consistency in both written and visual content.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather insights and translate them into written and visual content.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with editing tools.
Preferred Skills: Experience writing and designing content for diverse audiences, including non-technical readers.
Familiarity with or willingness to learn about the payments industry and its core concepts (e.g., digital wallets, card payments, etc.).
Knowledge of best practices in creating engaging presentations and readability for digital platforms.
