Knowledge and experience working on traditional methods of construction is essential.
This position would suit Assistant Technical Coordinators wanting to take the next step in their career or existing Technical Coordinators working for a developer.
Similarly, job running Architects working on notable residential schemes would also be considered.
Candidates will ideally be HNC/HND qualified in a construction or design related subject.
