Our client is a market leading MSP who are seeking a Technical Consultant to join their delivery team focussing on M365 and Modern Workplace projects.

What will you be doing as a Technical Consultant?
Take ownership for technical delivery of projects and complete hands-on technical implementation.
Deliver strategic consultancy services to their client base that enhances their business and drives adoption of Cloud and Modern Workplace technologies.
Technical hands-on delivery of project, leading discussions with customers and implementing technologies to achieve customer objectives.
Execute technical workshops and assessments, gathering requirements to help understand problems and explore solutions.
About you Minimum of 2 years of experience in a consultancy or delivery role working with Modern Workplace and M365 technologies Experience in consulting and delivering projects for a variety of customers, and possess expertise in Microsoft 365 and traditional IT infrastructure solutions.
Have a proven track record in successful delivery of Modern Workplace migrations.
Excellent communication skills, along with a high level of technical expertise and a genuine passion for technology.
Ideally be certified with the core industry certifications and have a good amount of experience in customer facing hands-on design and implementation, preferably working within an IT reseller environment.
Be self-motivated with the ability to identify priorities and manage multiple workloads and projects.
Have a forward-thinking mindset and curious about new technologies and seek to understand customer viewpoints.
Willingness to learn and participate in continuous development of technical knowledge Required technical skills: Strong technical background, with hands on experience with migrations to the Microsoft Modern Workplace Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager Entra ID Conditional Access Windows 10 / 11 and Autopilot deployment Hypervisor technologies (VMware / Hyper-V) Windows Server Operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy Backup and DR technologies Web and E-mail Security Competent with PowerShell It would also be beneficial to have experience of: Microsoft Defender solutions Microsoft Exchange (on-premises) Security Solutions (AV / EDR / XDR / Encryption) Hypervisor technologies (VMware / Hyper-V) Server technologies SAN technologies HPE and Aruba technology stack Corporate wireless solutions What will you get in return?
