Technical Consultant Are you a skilled Technical Consultant looking for an exciting new challenge?
Join an innovative Output Management Consultancy where you'll play a key role in supporting the sales process through technical expertise, solution design, and customer engagement.

Working as part of a growing consulting team, you'll receive comprehensive training on a leading Output Management solution.
You'll collaborate with clients in the banking sector, providing technical insights, building proof of concepts, and configuring demo environments.

While the office is based in Cambridge, this role offers excellent flexibility with remote working and only one day in the office per week.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with customers, offering pre-sales support and expert consultancy.
Develop, configure, and deliver solutions in line with best practices.
Produce and document functional design reports to meet business needs.
Provide technical support, managing calls efficiently and effectively.
Manage workloads independently while maintaining strong customer communication.
What We're Looking For:
A strong technical background with experience as a Technical Consultant.
Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to read and write queries.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
A proven ability to perform under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
A UK driving license (required).
A degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience) is desirable.
Experience with the following technologies is a bonus:
