An opportunity has arisen for a Technical Clerk to join us at Shaw Pipeline Services (SPS), a growing business that providespipeline weld inspection services to the oil & gas industry.

You will support our Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) team by preparing NDT reports and paperwork as per the specified process and in a timely fashion.
The role will also help with other tasks in the radiographic enclosure, including storage of films and records.
As Technical Clerk at Shaw Pipeline Services, some of your duties will include: Preparing and generating NDT reports for NDT technicians Liaising with clients on reporting issues Assisting in the generation of storage boxes for radiographic film Preparing reports for client pickup/review Ensuring NDT technicians provide the require information to adequately complete NDT reports Ensuring NDT technicians sign the completed NDT reports in a timely manner Ensuring NDT technicians have the required paperwork to complete their tasks Liaising with clients as required Assisting NDT Supervisor in their tasks, as required Completing NDT in the Alness enclosure or on client sites, as applicable / required Taking reasonable care for the safety of yourself and anyone else who may be affected by your acts or omission in the course of your work Demonstrating role model QHSE behaviour through personal example At Shaw Pipeline Services, were looking for a Technical Clerk with the following skills and experience: Previous experience in a technical administration position Excellent Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to learn new software systems Willingness to be part of a team and assist others where required To apply for this role as Technical Clerk at Shaw Pipeline Services, please click apply online and upload an updated copy of your CV.
