Job Title: Technical and Manufacturing TechnicianLocation: Belfast Bakery (BT12 6LP) Shift pattern: 20:00 – 08:00 5/2 pattern (Mon/Tuesday and Fri-Sunday one week and Wed-Thurs the second week) So, what's it all about?
As our next Technical and Manufacturing Technician, you'll be instrumental in supporting our technical and manufacturing teams on night shift to ensure all the appropriate checks are completed for each area.
You will be keen to deliver process improvements, and you will work closely with the nightshift managers to ensure the delivery of the right quality of product in full and on time.
To excel in this role, you'll need to be adaptable and resilient.
You will have good knowledge of MS Office and an eye for attention to detail.
You will support the nightshift teams with technical paperwork, and you will complete line audits to ensure the highest standards are upheld.
You will work with our managers to help deliver training initiatives and you will proactively solve problems on the shift.
You will be happy to take on new challenges and continuously learn about the different plants within our bakery.
You will support our nightshift teams in achieving their KPIs.
As a Technical and Manufacturing Technician, you will be keen to make a difference and work towards continuously improving manufacturing and technical metrics on nightshift.
You will be instrumental in ensuring we deliver great quality products in line with the company standards.
