If so, why not consider being our Technical Administrator in our new options appraisal team.Providing administrative support to the team, you'll play an integral part in a new, specialist asset management team, delivering a key project to support the growth of the business.This will include data management, collating project data, ensuring our electronic filing is carefully managed and up to date, planning meetings, invoice admin and maintaining processes in an organised manner.About youYou'll be coming to the role with administrative experience and if that's in a housing or asset management environment, that would be beneficial.You'll have experience of using Microsoft products, following process instructions and planning your daily workload.Offering great customer service will be really important to you and you're likely to build strong working relationships.You'll be able to base yourself at home, however some travel will be required to attend meetings etc, so you'll be suitably located in our operating region, with a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.Our operating region includes Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and London.  What's in it for meWe invest in our colleagues because we know if they have a better day at work, the service our customers receive will be better.
