Our range of services to help constructors and designers comply with Building Regulations, and ensure buildings are completed to design requirements.The Role:Provide support to Compliance team by generating envelope area/volume calculation, database population and query resolution.To organise and control all aspects relating to engineering equipment and sundries used by the Compliance department and its Engineers.To assist with the control and organisation of the compliance vehicle fleet administration and technical support.Main duties: (not exhaustive)Compliance Using company CRM system for services and customer administrationEnvelope area/volume calculations from engineering drawings – both hard and soft copy using available professional softwareLiaising with clients to obtain technical drawings and informationDealing with customer bookings from initiation to completion of servicePopulation of databases, including customer and order details input to operational systemsCollaboratively processing and managing customer complaints and feedback and escalating to the correct contact point as and when requiredCollaboratively processing engineer and client enquiries and escalating to the correct contact point as and when requiredEnsuring high standard of customer service, including dealing with queries, provision of quotations, updating on the status of service provision, etc.Maximising resource efficiency through effective future allocation via the internal booking systemDisseminating and sharing knowledge as well as training other staff members in your area of expertise as and when possibleUndertaking intra-departmental cross functional activities as and when required e.g., Quality Assurance, call covers and other administrative activities.
