They are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Account Manager to help expand and support key client relationships in high-growth markets.
The role: As a Technical Account Manager, you will work closely with a major client in the UAE to ensure they get the most out of the company's solutions.
Your role will combine technical expertise and relationship management, offering support, solving technical issues, and identifying new opportunities.
This role includes up to 90 days of travel each year to visit clients, build relationships, and drive success.
Build and strengthen the relationship with a key client in the UAE.
Provide proactive technical support, solve issues, and ensure smooth product deployment.
Conduct regular check-ins and reviews to ensure the client is satisfied and see where more value can be added.
Work with sales, engineering, and support teams to deliver great service to the client.
Provide training, product demos, and share knowledge to help the client use the solutions effectively.
Travel internationally (up to 90 days a year) to meet with the client and support their goals.
What We're Looking For: Experience in technical account management, customer success, or similar roles, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
Good understanding of application delivery and IT infrastructure.
Ability to identify new opportunities and ensure clients are successful with the company's products.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics in simple terms.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable with frequent international travel.
Salary and benefits: Competitive salary of £70,000 with additional earnings based on performance and covered travel expenses.
