We're looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to support schools and SEN settings across Batley, Dewsbury, Heckmondwike, Cleckheaton, Morley and the surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils who need extra guidance while progressing into longer-term or permanent positions.
The pupils you'll work with may face a range of challenges, including Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), or behavioural difficulties.
Many of these young people benefit greatly from having patient, understanding, and consistent role models who can build trust, provide stability, and help them develop their confidence.
In this role, you'll use your Team Teach skills to manage and de-escalate challenging situations, creating a calm and structured environment.
Working alongside teachers, you'll assist with lessons and classroom activities, ensuring every pupil is included and can achieve their potential.
Through your support and guidance, you'll inspire positive behaviours and empower pupils to overcome barriers to their learning.
Flexibility is a key part of this role, allowing you to work around your schedule while gaining valuable experience across a variety of settings.

To excel in this role, you'll need a current Team Teach qualification and experience working with children or young people with additional needs.
