We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual for a Team Member role.
You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing products for a leading UK brand.What will be your key deliverables?
Control and operate a variety of processes and equipment to the highest standards of safety and quality.Ensure the efficient operation of process equipment whilst carrying out quality inspections and maintaining a safe working environment.Maximise plant efficiency whilst minimising waste.Ensure housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained to the highest of levels.Supporting the business with the generation of any improvement Initiatives.Bring your experience EssentialThe successful applicant will work as part of a dynamic team and be able to perform the various roles required.
They must have a?'can do' attitude and positive approach and help maintain the high standards required in food production.You must have good verbal, numerical skills and PC skills and have a knack for solving problems and be a committed team player.
