Team Manager - Management Accounting

Abacus Careers are very pleased to be working with a leading global consultancy, as we focus onthe hiring of post-qualified Accountants as they continue to grow and expand their service provision.We are searching for a unique types of individual, someone equal parts technical andinterpersonal, but also possessing proven management and leadership skills.

Joining a truly world class team, you will be a post-qualified Accountant that can: Lead by example, high standards are the minimum requirement, Solve technical issues, whilecoaching and supervising junior staff, Control a busy client workload, ensuring deadlines are met, Movitate and manage teams of 6-10 people effectively, Understand all elements of large scale financial services provision (O2C, P2P, R2R & General Ledger).
This role is for you if: We are looking for individuals who possess ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA qualified (or international equivalent) and have detailed experience of management roles in many of the following areas: Experience of working as an accountant in practice or in industry Team leadership and management, including coaching and leading delivery teams, and reporting to clients and/ or senior stakeholders.
Operational finance experience including knowledge of finance processes and controls e.g.
O2C, P2P, R2R etc.
Financial management experience including financial budgeting and analysis, Management accounting and financial reporting Experience in documenting/ testing financial processes and experience of a range of ERP systems/ accounting packages.
