Your required experience as a Team Manager Lead multi-agency planning for children.
Recognised Social Work Qualification Deliver excellent practice standards within the legal framework.
Achieve the best possible outcomes for children and families.
Responsible for allocating team workloads.
Provide case management.
Supervise with approaches proportionate to identified risks and needs.
