Main duties of the job The Team Leader role is pivotal in delivering safe, effectiveness and service excellence within the team dynamic.We are currently offering a secondment opportunity for a full-time Band 7 Team Leader at The Beacon.
The ideal candidate will have few years' experience working as a Charge Nurse or in a similar role - who can join us to deliver safe and effective inpatient services that aim to embrace recovery by working in partnership with service users and their carers.We would like to hear from you if you are interested to gain experience in managing a community rehabilitation unit.
Our services aim to provide a high standard of treatment and care in a safe and therapeutic setting for service users at a vulnerable stage of their illness.Furthermore, the post holder will be responsible for establishing and maintaining team systems and processes for effective operation of the team, and to ensure compliance with the achievement of Key Performance Indicators.The successful candidate must display a considerable degree of initiative, possess mature judgement and maintain a calm, friendly and efficient manner when dealing with service users, their relatives, colleagues and visitors.
