The Unscheduled Care Mental Health Team is currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join their team as a band 7 team leader.UCAT provide, in collaboration with medical staff colleagues, a response to all episodes of unscheduled mental health care in Fife.
This is a 24 hour, 7 day a week service, out of hours the team provide bed management support across mental health site in Fife.This is an exciting opportunity to lead on the urgent care agenda and driving forward new ways of working within highly motivated team, we are looking for a leader who is creative, dynamic and who inspires and motivates a team by foster innovation and who will work in partnership with the wider team.
