Reference No : CSBMHTLBKeywords : Mental Health, Housing, Benefits, Health & Social Care, Management Temporary Posted 9 hours ago £28000 / Year Closes: January 28, 2025 We are looking for a Team Leader to join the team at a Mental Health Service in Banbury, the salary is £28,000 working 35 hours per week the role is an immediate start and is contracted until March.You will promote the service and manage all referrals into the service, ensuring these meet the criteria for the service and provide individual and group support sessions to Service Users to enable them to move into suitable and sustainable work or learning opportunities.
You will manage the quality and support provided to clients and deliver on the contracts.
allocating resources appropriately and ensuring safe working practices are put in place to support the clients appropriately.You will directly line manage and provide supervision to all front line staff ensuring that rota's are appropriate and that various accommodations are staffed appropriately.
You will ensure human resources are managed and procedures including, recruitment and selection, discipline, grievance, supervision and appraisal are carried out.
