Team Leader Residential - Grantham

Team Leader Residential Children's Home Location: Grantham, NG31 Annual Salary: £26,624 to £28,080 working up to 40 hours a week PLUS an annual sleep allowance of between £2,980 and £4,960 (based on between 6 and 10 sleeps per month over 10.5 months) Shift Patterns: 3-week rolling rota - 8am-11pm with sleep-ins (6/7 sleeps a month at £47.25 per sleep).
Average hours: 37.5 hours per week.
