Job Summary: We are looking for a Lead Clinician to manage the Clinical Team at our Options Roxby House Adult Services.
The role will be split between clinically leading the team and holding a therapy caseload.
Key Responsibilities: Hold the therapy caseload with the full support of our well-established and knowledgeable clinical network and growing Clinical Team.
Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention programmes for our service users who present with complex profiles of need as result of learning disabilities, Autism and other types of neurodivergence, trauma and social, emotional and mental health needs.
Contribute to staff training and consultation.
Requirements: Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities.
Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team.
Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle.
