A Lead Clinician is needed to manage the Clinical Team at Options Roxby House Adult Services.
The role involves clinically leading the team, holding a therapy caseload, and working collaboratively with sites across Adult Services in the Scunthorpe area.
Key responsibilities include delivering bespoke assessment and intervention programmes for service users with complex needs, holding the therapy caseload, and contributing to staff training and consultation.
The successful candidate will have a recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
Essential qualifications include clear and concise report writing and experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team.
A full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle are also required.

The role will be split between clinically leading the team and holding a therapy caseload with the full support of our well-established and knowledgeable clinical network and growing Clinical Team.
