Watermeadow Grange in Topsham, Exeter is a beautiful care home providing 86 spacious ensuite bedrooms including a community dedicated to the care of people living with dementia.
The Team Leader works hands-on within the home and is responsible for the overall supervision of the care team, ensuring high standards of care are delivered to all residents.
Responsibilities: Supervise and support care staff in their daily tasks.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of resident care.
Communicate effectively with residents and their families.
Minimum Requirements: Experience in a care setting.
Strong leadership skills.
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
