We are currently looking for a passionate Team Leader , to join our Banqueting Operations Team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other.

As a Team Leader , your main duties and expectations for the role will include: To go through all the Banqueting Event orders before the events take place to understand and supervise that everything is properly understood, confirmed, discussed and organised.
To run the banqueting rooms when a function takes place and ensure that the expected service has been achieved during the whole event as per the event Banqueting Event Operations and our standards.
To ensure that his/her line manager is advised of customer complaints at all times, to deal with or ensure that complaints from customers are dealt with immediately.
To liaise with all other department in the Hotel when needed to ensure everything related to Banqueting is respected, followed and done on time as per the Banqueting Event Operations and our standards.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
